The client refused to follow directions by going to class when he arrived to school in the morning. During midday The client appeared to remain focused and quiet while doing his station work. In the afternoon The client did not exhibit positive interactions with his peers by hitting and kicking his classmate. QMHP-C greeted client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of following directions and accepting the consequences for his actions. QMHP-C provided The client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to remain focused and quiet while doing class work. In the afternoon QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of positive interaction with his peers by keeping his hands to himself. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. The client was unreceptive to redirection about following directions and cried when consequence was given. The client was then able to calm down and followed directions by going to class. Midday The client agreed to continue to remain focused and quiet will doing his work. In the afternoon The client was receptive to redirection and agreed to interact with his peers in a positive manner and keep his hands to himself. He agreed to continue to track behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
